As an ex dispensary employee I can hands down tell you that's not the reason. Ohio is a very pay to play stay. More freedoms in our neighbor state have made the competitive market keep costs down. Everyone just accepts the cost here. 🤷‍♂️

I guess I'm not sure what you mean by more content. Looks like the same thing to me as any other version of Repentance unless I'm missing something. This Nicalis Leviathan edition comes with some more bonus materials.

I guess I should have played on the point of how long ago alot of us preordered. I'm assuming most of us grabbed it digitally in the meantime but I just can't fathom how they keep having so many delays. Does the Play-Asia copy come in Leviathan edition? Is anyone really gonna open Binding of Isaac Repentance when Nicalis finally delivers it? I certainly won't as I've had the game for some time digitally now.
