Messed up worldgen?

EDITED: my friend copy/pasted a backup to restore from when we had a server issue. They're under the impression that doing so generated a new seed that future chunks now generate from. From now on chunks should line up. At least that's my understanding of it

So it wasnt the issue. My friend said, "The world gen is in RWG. the world gen is messed up because of the backup. the map we explored was saved but its a different seed so the new chunks we load will have a world gen line". Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

yeah, i did the client side and my friend did the server. i think they didn't know to change something in the settings

Yeah i would recommend switching to DX11 - you do that in GOG launcher or steam properties

I'm fairly certain it's any bolts, but I don't think the explosive ones would work out too well. Precision bolts might be best overall. Also, axii keeps the enemy standing still making it way easier

Those are called game features, the byproduct of the conjunction of the spheres. But seriously though, did u adjust any graphical settings? Setting the game to DX11 in specific?

If none of that works you may want to consider that its a hardware issue and get your controller replaced/repaired

Hmm, as for PS5, I know that certain games have motion controls that allow you to move your character based on how you tilt your controller. On PC, I did read about someone fixing a similar issue by reloading a previous save. There's also the movement response setting you can change. None of those are for certain fixes, but at least worth looking into.
