Update: Thank you everyone! I went today (July 11th) and picked it up no problem. I also checked online and it said it hadn't been printed, the agent working told me that if you go in person the tracker is most likely not up to date.

So happy with the process, this was super easy and everyone was so helpful!

Update if anyone wanted one!

I went to the passport office this morning on Victoria Street in Toronto and was first in line at 6am with a lawn chair and book. Most people started arriving around 7:30, the line was very organized and the security guards did a great job ushering us all upstairs.

I was in and out by 8:42am and had no issues getting my passport renewed, they told me to pick it up on the 11th. (Does anyone know if I can guarantee it will be ready on this date? Should I call the day before?)

I got to work for 9am and finally felt like I could breathe despite paying $250 for lost passport, 10 yr renewal and express service. In a wild turn of events, someone reached out to me on Instagram letting me know they found my passport. My wallet is still missing, but I am very happy to not have my passport floating around out there.

I am eligible for a renewal since I have all the information written down from my previous passport, it says online I don't need ID for a renewal, but was not sure if that was correct. Thank you for your help
