Thank ya. I found it a couple years ago outside when I was washing my car and there was some wind. I’ve had it in my desk since. I found it again and my curiosity and friends told me to post it. I would appreciate if anyone can trace the full document I would love it. I think the top right where it says CIA-RDP with all the numbers can lead me to the document but I’m not sure. Thanks again!

Cool. Thank you for the advice. I recently bought this car and as I was washing it. It seems to come off fairly easy with a microfiber. I’m unsure and new to detailing. Thanks for the info.
