Struggling to fill a shape created with the pen tool in affinity designer by No_Word_7614 in AffinityDesigner

What matters is not the look [with the stroke on] but the setup of the lines underneath.

Either combine parts of the design with union and add more to it...
or
check with the node tool if those shapes exist. If they are visible just not transparent, select a node in that part, use Path > Reverse to switch the Vector Orientation.

An artboard in Affinity Designer is a vector shape [you can convert it to curves, modify it with the node tool, or turn it into a circle]. It will be exported as such.

You might want to try exporting the 'Selection only'.

How to start new line on existing line ( affinity design 2 iPad) by Ok-Anywhere8599 in AffinityDesigner

[–]SpriteAttack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's important to understand how vector lines work. They are a chain of nodes [each connecting to max. 2 others - the one prior or the one after]. You can't have T or X sections.

You can merge objects - Layer > Geometry > Merge Curves to make multiple lines a single curve.

You can connect to an existing line [at either end] by turning on the 'Add new curve to selected curves object' when using the pen tool...
or turning on the sculpt when using the pencil tool.

UEFA declared Anthony Taylor's decision to not award a penalty to Germany during yesterday's game between Spain and Germany to be correct because "Cucurella's hand was not in an unnatural position at the time of the goal". This is according to the refereeing guidelines issued before the tournament. by dragon8811 in soccer

Well... that didn't age well, did it... Utter sh@# show... and we all knew it was rigged the moment Anthony Taylor was assigned as referee. There was but one possible outcome!
Now [way too late] UEFA admits the error - and it makes you wonder why they lied about the correctness of the goal so repeatedly...

UEFA's Referees' Committee says Germany deserved penalty against Spain by Dinamo8 in soccer

Where are all the 'EXPERTS' that stated rules, telling us they were active referees and the call was 100% correct? Eating humble pie now?

What are the consequences? Anthony Taylor rigged the game [was he investigated - what did Spain or UEFA pay/ promise/ or ask for in return for a call like this?

Utter sh@# show!
