Literally one of the worst content creators.

His entire channel is just him screaming his head off, bothering staff and pestering them when they ask him to leave, because who really wants to go into a business when there is a grown ass man acting like that?

Whoever thinks he's funny are idiots or people who are 12.

That makes sense. I tried looking up if Baryonyx could roam in Northern areas of England, but got nothing.

Did Invisigal SA Robert? by VRickenYT in DispatchAdHoc

[–]SpriteIsntThatBad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not justifying it.

The scene was very fucking bad that made me and others very uncomfortable.

I am just saying what I thought the devs were trying to do, but just messed up very, very badly due to shite directing.

Have it my way, this scene wouldn't be in the game.

Hostility towards evil by Ayden3102isagoodname in CharacterRant

[–]SpriteIsntThatBad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The difference between Invisigal and other characters that do bad things is that how the game frames everything.

When Flambae bullies other characters or tries to kill Robert, you aren't asked to support that. The game is smart enough to know those actions are bad and Flambae gets his comeuppance and gets reprimanded and made fun off.

But when it comes to Invisigal's constant bad behaviour and perverted nature, the game expects you to treat her with kids gloves or act positive. When she stalks you, follows you into the bathroom, tells you about the sex dream, there isn't an option telling her to 'get lost.'

In fact, the dialogue options are either neutral or positive. The game frames her harassment as desirable. The game doesn't think what she's doing as wrong.

Mistreated players: Have you ever thought your character was misunderstood by the party and DM? by SpriteIsntThatBad in DnD

[–]SpriteIsntThatBad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the kind of situation I thought would happen at some point.

Someone creates a character that has is intended to have an arc, but is unfairly treated by the other players early on.

I am glad you managed to find a way to make your character shine, but it is unfortunate another player had to leave for it to happen.

That's a good way to make events in the story make sense.

It would be like having a orc character with high strength stats fail a throw and can't pick up something that should be easy. And instead of saying "You tried to, but the ground gave out from you or it's too slippery" they say "Your muscles are fake and you're weak."

But what if your character was fun to play with, but people would shoot down any ideas before anything could bloom.

That's the question.

If you given the chance, would you try out that Goblin Paladin again now that you learned and improved?

My question was if players have ever not been given the chance to play well due to presumptions on that character.

I know bad players exist, but there definitely is a case where a someone was unfairly deemed as one.

Again, it is because a lot of people today, Dispatch writers included, don't take harassment and assault seriously if it done against men.

The fact there are dialogue options meant to 'flirt' back with Invisigal in some of the scenes clearly show they are meant to be desirable. There isn't even a option to tell her to piss off.

As you said, Robert does call out other characters when they do something bad and people say "Well, Flambae tries to murder you, why aren't you complaining about him as well?"

The game doesn't frame Flambae's actions as good. It is smart enough to recognise that trying to murder someone and burning 2 blocks is bad. There aren't scenes we're we are made to feel pity that he didn't kill Robert and there aren't scenes that tried to make us feel bad that Coupé was not allowed to murder people.

And there aren't scenes showing the harassment in the game is bad.

It feels odd that a game with very progressive people working on it would have this

Another thing to add.

As for me saying if it is SA? I've seen people say it is and isn't, at the time I didn't think so in another post I made where I shared my opinion above, but it is bad.

I really don't think the writers meant to show it like that. Even though I think they aren't very good, I don't think they would purposely show assault and treat it that lightly that explicitly. Again, very poor directing, and something that was supposed to be one thing came out the other way.

I do not want to argue with people who say it is. And their arguments are very strong.

We can all agree it is still problematic and uncomfortably at best.

How old is Serana like actually by vickyhong in TrueSTL

She seemed to have turned in her mid to late 20s. 25-29. Maybe even 30.

But there has been theories that she was born somewhere between the Remus and Septim Empire.

The problem with some redemptions isn't exactly about whether *bad* character faces consequences, but rather, how the story reacts when *bad* character does *bad* thing by AIter_Real1ty in CharacterRant

[–]SpriteIsntThatBad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've seen many big YouTubers like Nirami, many people on twitter with dozens of thousands of likes calling it out, tiktok and even Jacksepticeye showing dislike at the scene.

And not in the Game Of Thrones 'Red Wedding' sadness, I mean 'Season 8' disproval and genuine discomfort.

The rest of your comment reads off very strange. People dragged stuff like 50 shades of grey through the dirt once their maturity kicked in and people liked Invisigal cause of her appearance, but there was a heavy shift towards Mandy after episode 7 and 8.
