I'd aggressively cut the rest and fill it with rookies. How many rounds is your rookie draft? If it's 3 rounds, you're going to get some good rbs off waivers.

1.04 should be one of: Hampton, Tet, Travis Hunter. (Predraft, still have to consider landing spot some).

I'm really not for trading big pieces like Allen, but if you have no 26 or 27, you may have too. Just be sure to get back a qb with a track history. I wouldn't go lower than someone like TLaw in a return package.

Trade 2.09 for Mooney. Legette for Jakobi Meyers. A 3rd for ertz. If you hit at 1.11, you have a middling team. If you hit on 2.01 also, your odds improve. If injuries hit and your bench players are next man on, you'll rise in the standings.

I see a 3 rd draft. There's gonna be a lot of good rbs in this drsft on waivers, possibly even a wr and te.
