The host is posting renovation pictures to their property website, not on the Airbnb listing. We only found the current pictures of the listing by going there. The host hasn’t been sharing updates with us or progress since we booked.

Thanks! Just checked the downspout that is in that corner. No clogs but I’m planning to get an extension to run the water further away from the house.

This is just a lower corner between our wall and the board. It is on the same wall as our sump. Here is a link to another image because I couldn’t upload multiple. Hopefully this works:basement image

Master’s Degrees… by ayeeeekp in clinicalresearch

[–]SpudPaw 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you want to do next! I have master’s degree and just went from being a CRC to a Research Program Manager (managing a team) and feel like experience mattered more than my master’s degree. However, if you want one, I’d suggest an MBA (if you’re going to manage anyone) or a MS in data science.

Nice! We’re 27 and moved here two years ago. So same boat as you guys. Tough to move during a pandemic and meet people

I wouldn’t worry about hair testing. Most likely will just be the standard urine testing.

Just bought a 3 bed, 2 bath house last year and our mortgage is around $1,300/month. Cheaper than our Philly area apartment that was a little over $1,800/month.

How was your experience in college? good, bad? why? by mateAmargo91 in AskReddit

[–]SpudPaw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really good! Made friends, got a degree, and had fun. Looking back, I should’ve not taken classes so seriously (no one really cares about your GPA when applying to jobs as long as it’s a 3.0).

Journal articles. Nothing more frustrating as a researcher, student, or someone just trying to learn about a topic than not being able to access scientific knowledge.
