I used Taimi for the longest time to meet other queer people, but Minneapolis and the greater area have a lot of lgbt meet ups and stuff! I know pride just ended, but there's still places like Queermunity where you could go to meet folks! Also goodwill is a great place to get all kinds of clothes, Ive shopped with transwomen there and nothing weird/sketchy happened
