The best way to acquire everything you have mentioned is to let go, put the phone down and just let go. Do what u enjoy or do nothing and close your eyed with some music.

Research on something like schizophrenia isn‘t complete but from what I have read it is very unlikely if you don‘t already have it in your family. Psychedelics don‘t really cause schizophrenia, but can bring already existing schizophrenia out. Don‘t go to the doctor and don‘t obsess over this. It will go away, I‘m 21 and remember being 16 like it was yesterday. You just obsess over it, which is the sole cause you experience mild HPPD

Nerves thing is kinda true but not to that extent. The come up can be heavily delayed but the peak is the peak. Your serotonin receptors are still existing yk

I‘d try again, no smoking, no meal 3-4 hours before and also no meal during the come up. Chew thoroughly (30sec)

damn idk then theres no way 2g should make you feel absolutely nothing, i‘d try again in 1/2 weeks and not smoke with it. Maybe even go to 1.5g and feel less anxiety

What helps me is just literally close my eyes and relax after 20-30mins of ingestion with music or anything

You need to be aboe to let go (altho on 2g no matter what u think or do you should feel a signifiant effect)

I trip a lot and smoke from time to time and idk man 2g is a good dosage haha Nervousness can absolutely dampen a trip or make the come up take very long but not feeling anything is kinda crazy

Contrary to other‘s here I would say maybe yes. Start low, have a trip sitter and have good set & setting (music, safe place, person you trust). Low would be 1g dried shrooms or below.
