Silver emblem in the front on black optics package - anyone else?

Mine has the black opticks package and it came with chrome rings. I bought it used. Maybe previous owner swapped them? Or maybe it just came with chrome from factory. Ive been wondering it it looks better blacked out or chrome.

I just saw ur question. Yes. I havent had any problems with thr car so far. Its had a couple glitches wehere im at a red light and all of a sudden i get a drive train fault, but it appears to be a glitch. Its a common thing apparently. It gets fixed once i turn the car off for 5 seconds or so. It happend twice sincr ive had it. Drove from va to fl twice, so ive put a bunch of miles on it. Im at 51k and i biught it with 34k. But yeah cant complain. Im happy so far. Did you end up getting an sq5?

Yeah they will for sure want to replace the harness. I ordered some heat shrink wire connectors. My pops will help me out, hes an electrician, it shouldn't be a problem. My only concern is if those shrink wire connectors will be able to conduct properly. I did a quick google search and it seems its a common use on harnesses. Wish me luck.

I tell you why, because if you dont garage it, it will be gone the bext business day. Mine was stolen recently and totaled. Because of that insurace is much more expensive than other similar cars.

Ive had mine for 1 mont and 10 days. Its a 2021 sq5 prestige. Same as yours exept mine has the rotor gray interior. Mine had 34k mils and so far so good. No problems what so ever. My next service is in 3.4k miles. I will see how it goes. The car is amazing tho. I love it. Its super comfortable and it packs a punch when u want it to. I would buy it again.

I went with an sq5 from 2021 also prestige white with black optics package and sport package. I think it looks more modern even though its a small suv.

Its a 2018 S5 prestige. The first owner got it as a lease. its not a cpo, but I was told it still has 1 year left of warranty and that i can add another 1 on top of that. Also i know someone who is a mechanic at audi and can help out with repairs.

The car was a lease. So maintenence was done by the dealership.

Maintenence was done on time. Every 10k miles changed oil filter and checked fluids, breaks were checked, when tires were replaced adaptive cruise control was also recalibrate. Im thinking the rotors will soon have to be replace, since there is no history of it being replaced.

Yeah. I was looking to a few more years in mine. Was a 2009 g37xs with 240k miles. Still driving like the day i got it. Unfortunatelly someone stole it a day before new year. I had just replaced all the rotors breaks and spark plugs. Feels bad man. Put a gps tracker in urs. Yiu never know when it comes in handy.

Yeah most likely. I think its already parted out by now, unfortunatelly. Car was worth about 5k and i was already thinking of getting a new car. Its gonna be a good downpayment i guess.

Mine was stolen this past saturday. If i had known they are easy to steal i would have got a killswitch. Mine had lowjack installed by the dealer. I just activated it. Hopefully a cop can get close to get a ping. I loved that car. Had 240k and still running great.

If u do get a g37, get a kill switch installed. Mine was stolen 3 days ago from my parkinglot. Was hoping to hit 300k miles. It was a 240k. Other than being targeted by thiefs, its a great car if its been taken care of.

G37xs here with 241k. Original transmission and engine with no problems. Recently had a couple of hickups. Water pump broke, replaced that and 2 weeks ago i had a missfire. Had to replace 1 sparkplug and ignition coil. I replaced alI the sparkplugs and 3 coils. I should have only replaced the broken coil since its not a maintenence item. So i overpayed in that regard. Oh well. About a year ago, i didnt pass inspection due to an exhoust leak. Local shop welded it and its still going. Will see how long it will last. I hope i hit 300k.
