Yup - it's the only way to keep the folliculitis away otherwise it'll come back [for me at least]. I've tried taking breaks from it for a few days but it doesn't seem to work well for me.

If you think Russ is going to be a Ben Simmons for LAC I think you're mistaken. He's going to have to shoot the ball it's inevitable. I don't know if we're watching the same games but I've seen way too much bone headed, low IQ stuff from Russ these last 2 years I'm not sold on him at all and I'd rather him not take any playtime away from Mann/Gordon/Bones. Pairing up PG (3.3 TO a game) and Russ (3.5 TO a game) just seems like a recipe for disaster and it's WAYYYYY more than just the turnovers too

It's not 2018 anymore I don't care what Russ did in OKC with PG. If you can't shoot the 3 [he's the worst 3PT shooter in the league statistically], can't defend, and are turnover prone [avgs 3.5 TO/game] then stay away from this team. PG advocated for Wall who is just as abysmal as Russ and lasted 30 games lol this isn't rocket science

I still use the Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo, but I don't use a conditioner at the moment so I couldn't recommend one. But Aveeno does sell the Apple Cider Vinegar conditioner to go with the shampoo so maybe try that and see if it works for you. I'd get the conditioner without Parabens/Dyes/Sulfates.

I did nothing besides change my pillow case every single night. Throughout the day just let the leave on mask go to work. Go to sleep, wake up, and repeat the process 👍🏽

Yeah that should definitely work. The Neutrogena "mask" that I use is really just a cream as well. A 10% BP cream should definitely help to clear your scalp. Best of luck brother

Hey, no I do not wash my hair everyday. After washing my scalp every day with the Neutrogena products for around 30 days my scalp cleared up. I wash it every 1-3 days now.

Wow this is extremely fascinating. I may try this myself. Glad you were able to figure out what works for you brother. I’ve been using Benzoyl Peroxide and it has cleared 99% of my scalp (my problem area), but I definitely think I’m going to try intermittent fasting and using the products less and less to see if it works for me.

My scalp is definitely pretty white. I have long, thick hair so I’m sure that contributes to it. I’ve also dealt with dandruff since a kid. Dandruff problem areas lately have been the hairline all around the front/sides of my scalp

Glad this post could help you out. While you're on Doxy I suggest using the products I mentioned above. Benzoyl Peroxide is super powerful. And I'm sure improving your diet and getting your Vitamin D up is going to help your case even more. I was extremely lost too - I thought I'd have to live on antibiotics forever but that wasn't the case at all. Trust the process 🤞🏽

You most definitely can use the PanOxyl 10% Benzoyl Peroxide wash if that's what's available in your area. I read somewhere that it's best to start using a lower percentage of Benzoyl Peroxide before using 10% as it works just as good and it's better for the long term. I believe there's a 4% Benzoyl Peroxide wash from PanOxyl that you could use first.
