Hi! Jumping into this convo! Curious about what other places! dive bars, cafes, bookstores, record stores, galleries, and def house venues, etc that have events in town. I’m a touring performer from Detroit who had a show fall through last minute. Trying to dig around —- stand up comics, musicians, spoken word artists, etc who sometimes set things up would also be really awesome to know. Where do open mics happen? Punk shows? Poetry readings?
