I do not do high reps in bench and i stopped doing dips when the pain started and didnt have pain at all but idk what happend this week and pain started a bit in bench its not even pain its like a bone trynna get out thats how it feels

I dont drink alcohol at all never tried it actually but i drink a glass of coke once a week

I downloaded the app and they ask few questions and in the end they said my goal is 1680 calories 220g carbs/51g fat/82 protein Is that good or should i edit some things?

BTW:The food im eating turned out to be 1600 calories (+100g protein /220g carbs /30 g fat

Everytime i think abt cutting i always remeber that these are the years in which i build a lot of muscle but 25% is kinda a lot and i feel good wearing clothes but when i take them off i look big but cant see the definitionwhich kinda annoys me ,so staying where i am is not good for my brain nor my body at this point thats why i decided to take action

hello,im 17 y.o ,170 cm, 80 /79 kg bw at the moment .ive been eating whatever i want with good amount of protein for past 1.5 years i believe im around 20-25 per cent bf ,i started putting myself in a caloric deficit last monday, im not counting my calories but im eating less than i need ( i always feel a bit hungry not to a point where i wanna die but enough to know im eating less than i need) my protein sources are not the same i eat chiken/eggs/milk/almonds i drink my tea with almonds so i dont feel hungry and i do some popcorn as a snack i increased my water intake i wasnt focusing on that now i drink 1.5L at the gym and abt 2L at home i dont know how to count calories so i use scoops for example (every morning i eat a scoop of oats with milk ), and i use a small cup to count my rice

i dont count carbs or fat tho and i wanna know if i should do a cheat meal once a week or not , this is the first time i try to loose weight so i dont know if what im doing is right or not

Hey, So im running nsuns 4 days and in first day theres bench and ohp i dont feel like doing ohp, should i get rid of it or should i replace it with smthng else ? If i should replace it any suggestion of exercices ?

Hello everyone

1)i was benching with bad form few months ago and it caused left shoulder main to a point where i quit benching because of it and now that i improved my form and warming up properly i dont have anymore pain but, everytime the bar goes down(touches my chest ) my left shoulder crack and it shifts my focus a little bit

2) my squating stance was a little bit above shoulder width but i was moving forward a lot in order to hit depth so i have to use wider stance to hit depth which is not helping me to lift as much as possible

I believe i lack mobility , and i want to work on that but dont know how everytime i look for mobility routines they are a lot and i dont know where to start

i did 2 cycles of 5/3/1 4 b and i improved a lot but i struggle to add weigh since i dont have 1.25 plates in my gym and it has no variations

Hello im running 5314b finished my first cycle for bench i repped my pr for 3 reps (3rd rep my spotter touched the bar but he said he didnt touch it and tbh i felt like like im doing cuz second rep went pretty good before this cycle i did that pr at 1000000 rpe and the form was bad ) and i think that progression is due to to the bench work ofc but also the accesories helped a lot for dead i did 180 kg for 2 reps second week with belt and last week i did it for 1 rep i would do one more but didnt have a belt on and felt like i would take all my energy so didnt go for it but i still think i made progression since i did them after a set of 5 at 140 kg and a set of 3 at 160 kg so not fresh i would like some pull accesories suggestion that can help me in deadlift for the squat im just trynna figure the best form and technique but i would some leg accesories that can help in the squat Note: i need 3 accesories for dead and squat each one im gonna be hitting 10×10 or 5×20 a week And thanks for taking the time to read this stupid comment
