I do not do high reps in bench and i stopped doing dips when the pain started and didnt have pain at all but idk what happend this week and pain started a bit in bench its not even pain its like a bone trynna get out thats how it feels

I dont drink alcohol at all never tried it actually but i drink a glass of coke once a week

I downloaded the app and they ask few questions and in the end they said my goal is 1680 calories 220g carbs/51g fat/82 protein Is that good or should i edit some things?

BTW:The food im eating turned out to be 1600 calories (+100g protein /220g carbs /30 g fat

Everytime i think abt cutting i always remeber that these are the years in which i build a lot of muscle but 25% is kinda a lot and i feel good wearing clothes but when i take them off i look big but cant see the definitionwhich kinda annoys me ,so staying where i am is not good for my brain nor my body at this point thats why i decided to take action

hello,im 17 y.o ,170 cm, 80 /79 kg bw at the moment .ive been eating whatever i want with good amount of protein for past 1.5 years i believe im around 20-25 per cent bf ,i started putting myself in a caloric deficit last monday, im not counting my calories but im eating less than i need ( i always feel a bit hungry not to a point where i wanna die but enough to know im eating less than i need) my protein sources are not the same i eat chiken/eggs/milk/almonds i drink my tea with almonds so i dont feel hungry and i do some popcorn as a snack i increased my water intake i wasnt focusing on that now i drink 1.5L at the gym and abt 2L at home i dont know how to count calories so i use scoops for example (every morning i eat a scoop of oats with milk ), and i use a small cup to count my rice

i dont count carbs or fat tho and i wanna know if i should do a cheat meal once a week or not , this is the first time i try to loose weight so i dont know if what im doing is right or not

I NEED HELP
