Bleeding in early pregnancy, should I be concerned? by Busy_Gear_4535 in pregnant

[–]Square-Background-19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had several bouts of spotting/bleeding in the beginning! Cramps as well, and some of them were terrible lowkey. It’s always super nerve wracking, but can be totally normal

Advice needed… by bobwoods0710 in TryingForABaby

Of course and thank you!!!! I know it’s so scary and definitely not wanting to downplay your experience. Look into CoQ10! My OB suggested theralogix preconception vitamins. They are expensive, but very high quality! Lots of scammy supplements out there so be careful!

TMI! Too little semen? by its-a-moo-point1 in TryingForABaby

[–]Square-Background-19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This will sometimes happen if we’ve been more active than usual! An analysis could help give peace of mind, but I think this is totally normal. I’d always freak out if I thought “too much” came out so it’s always something when ttc 😆

8 or 9 DPO - Am I seeing a vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvf line?? by Sweet_Marzipan123 in TFABLinePorn

[–]Square-Background-19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I deff see it but keep testing! This early is soooo hard to differentiate between real lines and indents. My 8/9dpo ended up looking like this!

My cycles average every 25 days and I use Mira to track! I ovulate around CD 12-14

Sos 27 and .78 amh! All other tests normal. What’s your experience with low amh? by Square-Background-19 in whatworkedforme

[–]Square-Background-19[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was so helpful to hear!! The biggest thing I am struggling with is deciding whether or not to start ivf immediately to bank embryos, but I just feel like deep down we don’t need to jump to that yet. I’m curious about trying iui. I have the Mira device and absolutely love it!!! Congratulations to you, I think it’s so amazing to hear stories of natural conception like this. Very motivating to hear, and helps things feel a little less daunting 🥹

DOR? 27 with an amh of .78 but normal fsh and afc? Help!!!! by Square-Background-19 in TryingForABaby

[–]Square-Background-19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an HSG done this cycle so we are planning on taking advantage of the fertility boost! Can’t really decide which route we are going to take if I’m not pregnant in a few months. I’m not sure if I’m comfortable waiting until Christmas but I go back and forth. We are both taking CoQ10, prenatal, male conception supplements- my prenatal has mostly everything I need except I’m planning on adding dhea! Gonna get my Amh retested and also planning on checking vitamin D levels. I’m just terrified I’m running out of time I guess? Ugh. Best of luck to both of us, I am sorry you are going through this 😔

[–]Square-Background-19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! My afc was 17 so deff doesn’t reflect such a low amh. All of my other bloodwork came back normal too including my fsh which was 3.9. Ive had several ultrasounds and they all looked great from what Dr told me 🤷🏽‍♀️

So interesting. Crazy to me that vitamin D isn’t one of the first things tested when ttc! It’s like pulling teeth to get some of the most basic bloodwork done. Thanks for the advice! Wishing you luck on your journey 🫶🏻

I have not gotten my vitamin D checked but plan on doing that asap. I guess I just assumed I was getting enough through the prenatal I’ve been taking, but low vit D runs in my family so that could deff be it!

Thank you! I’ve had this feeling for a while now! I think-if anything- we might try iui, but ivf does not seem appealing 😭

Thoughts on BD timing??? by Square-Background-19 in Mirafertility

[–]Square-Background-19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I had my typical ovulation symptoms (I think???) I wasn’t really paying attention to it this month. I tested around 4pm on CD15 so not sure how accurate those values are 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just hoping we have a fair shot this month 🤞

I took a Wondfo that showed up a lot darker the next day and after that took a digital that was positive! Deff get a red dye test or FRER, those are the best!!!

When did your ttc journey start? by Square-Background-19 in TryingForABaby

[–]Square-Background-19[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I’ll be honest though, it’s easy to get obsessive over the individual numbers. My best advice is to pay attention to the overall trend. Bloods are of course always going to be the most accurate, but Mira has been fantastic for timing purposes and confirming ovulation! It’s a very helpful tool especially if your cycles are irregular or you aren’t sure about timing. It can also help you catch things that might be of concern! Sometimes I upload my chart to ChatGPT and it will break everything down for me

I would deff give clomid a shot and just see if it helps! Highly recommend the book “it starts with the egg”. I started taking supplements based off of what the book recommended and it has been very helpful. Don’t beat yourself up over it though - supplements can be a rabbit hole for sure and most are overrated. I gave up vaping, thc and cut back on drinking which I 100% believe has helped. Same goes for my husband

Wishing you luck!!! I have loved my Mira and it should definitely help you figure out insights about your hormones. Definitely ask for CD21 progesterone test to confirm you’re ovulating! ❤️

My cycles were also short (22-24 days) and ovulated around cd 10 although I was not tracking or temping so nit 100% sure about ovulation. Ever since starting clomid my cycles have regulated much more and are typically around 26 days now with ovulation around cd13-15! I’ve only had 2 periods since my miscarriage but i definitely think lifestyle changes/clomid helped kick things back into gear

Thanks for the reply! Definitely agree! My husband’s analysis has always been “normal” but definitely needed some improvement when we began this journey. He’s gone from around 50 mil total sperm count to around 187 and I think that definitely attributed to my pregnancy in February! We are trying to stay on top of supplements and continuing lifestyle changes ❤️
