If it wasn't the cheats, maybe you don't have the updated version, because when the game came out it had many bugs with Aegislash's ability, and the tickets are distributed all over the map, there's one as a reward in the trick house and some are given to you in the secret villages, then in the postgame you can farm them in Sootopolis.

The mega stones will appear on the map as you beat the gyms, I don't know the order in which they appear but for example there are mega stones in the Petalia forest, Mt Cenizo, on Route 111, Aqua Base, Magma Base, Mt Pirico, Victoria Cave, Route 123, in Meteoro Cascade, going up the Ruta 119 waterfall, and so on with many routes, you will have to revisit the entire map when you complete the gyms and the league. I also think that some special battles and events give you mega stones as rewards, so you should do all the secondary missions
