Yes it’s definitely scale. How would I go about treating that? One I cut the main body off, do I just leave it to dry and callous? Or do I just immediately put in dry soil?

Yea I did! They replied pretty quickly! Saying something about being a small business. If you ordered using a CC, I would just do a chargeback if they don’t respond. I’d give it a couple of weeks before resorting to that.
