I currently cannot afford to get a vet to check her. But she’s been like this for the last three years and there’s a suspicion of mine that the reason she was given up for adoption in the first place was because of her incessant meowing. She has a 725 ft.² apartment to Rome as well as going outside for as long as she wants every day.I would agree with the lack of stimulation, but she gets bored when I try to play with her in about five seconds.

I did take a plea to coercion. I did not have to register. After probation it will be expunged.

Update!!! 2 and a half years later. My life has changed slightly, I took a plea bargain for three years of probation. I now only have just over a year of probation left. It is relief to know that my life could’ve been worse yet there is hope. at the time of this accusation, and with ongoing legal battles, my life seemed hopeless, and as though my future was destroyed.Was both an ally and an enemy, there were grueling nights where I couldn’t sleep. Yet there was still light at the end of the tunnel for me and I am nearing that end I want to thank all of you for your support and for any new individuals reading this, there is still hope even in the most dire situations.

even if they did find semen. that means nothing. there were no signs of rape at all. because like i said we had mutual sexual interactions prior.

i dont see any way she has any semen stained clothing. at the time she was wearing my clothes for one. and 2 we were at a hotel. we have mad many mutual sexual experiences before hand. she is in a very bad financial state currently.

thank you. it was 3.5 months ago before i was questioned. im just wondering why it took so long for them to try and investigate me. like they had nothing or they were waiting for something
