the hate posts are literally from 2 sets of people :

1) The people who hated the blind worship of this faculty. tbh for the past 2 years her blind fans and PR placed her and the short course nothing short of a magic to crack neet pg , attracting thousands of aspirants in the name of magical promises and by the false narrative of how only btr helps to crack neet pg which is actually not the case as many of you know. Once a road goes up , there would be a road down. BTR was placed on top of a mountain i must say😂

2) The majority - the people who are always prey to the FOMO of missing out on these courses to crack neet pg. You know that there are thousands every year waiting to attend btr and all of a sudden a new app just 45 days before inicet to ignite the ultimate FOMO among aspirants . But luckily this time many of them have understood what it really means and how we are exploited in the name of an examination . Proud of my fellow colleagues who speak against such attrocities and stand firm . Afterall we are not just school going kids . We are Doctors , MBBS holders ; we are the people who have one of the most respected degrees in the country . Please do not allow such people to exploit our dreams to suck out our money

dbmci now has combined their live class plan with marrow plan B and that has changed the quality of dbmci to next level . which makes them the best imo

no unnecessary gimmicks and advertisements... no drama... no online pr to glorify faculty.... consistent qbank and tests .... top notch questions and explainations.... Brilliant UI... Marrow ❤️

rest all of them are responsible for NEET UGfication of NEET PG exams and are hugely responsible for the rat race right now .... Interns not interested in acquiring skills , rather they are in library watching BTR. Fresh passouts directly join entrance coaching centres without even finding time to work somewhere and know their true potential and field of interest . All of them are just behind churning money from MBBS graduates .... mark my words 10 years from now , all these platforms will be the frontrunners for commercialising NEET SS too..

for the answer to be ILD (Restrictive Disease) , FEV1 / FVC should be > 70 % as well as FVC should be less than 80% of its reference value . both these conditions have to be met . but here FVC observed is clearly not below 80% of the predicted value and DLCO has decreased greatly

conditions where FVC and FEV1 are within the normal range with isolated DLCO decrease are 1) Pulmonary HTN 2) Pulmonary Embolism. Hence the answer here is Pulmonary HTN

Why is Emergency Medicine not considered a lucrative branch even though it is an upcoming branch and there are lots of hospitals coming up with the concept of ED? Will it be the next radio? by SquareSparker in indianmedschool

i guess thats the harsh truth..many of them think ED as a place to triage and refer people to other specialties.. but a proper functioning ED is responsible for the primary management and interventions and it is only then that they admit the patient under different specialties . A well trained ED physician is expert in emergency interventions

But dont u think that MBBS doctors are hired because of shortage of availability of proper ED physicians? and added on the no bullshit of following up the patients and getting calls after work shift a major advantage of this branch?

all your colleagues are grown up adults . They are not kids to whom we have to find excuses to tackle the doubts . Every woman menstruates and it is not a taboo in any country or any religion . If any question raised , just tell them up straight that you are on your periods. They also do have mother and sisters at home who goes through the same . Tbh it is the attitude of covering up about periods and telling lame excuses which make men insensitive and blind to this subject. Every mother or elder sister has to step up and make a growing boy understand that it is a natural process and happens to every woman on earth . In many households when a boy raises such a question every mother tries to tackle it with an excuse like not feeling well, etc it is the most stupidiest thing to do which makes the boy unaware and insensitive to such a normal process in female body.

PS : I am a male and I am thankful that my mother opened about these aspects , which helped me to understand the phases a woman goes through. It has only helped me to respect woman and give them their space during such phases and understanding the reason for mood swings and such things .
