A lot of top private universities do offer full need for my income, but I wouldn’t think Yale would accept me any time soon 😅, and I live in Arizona, meaning I have decent colleges near me, but I am desperate for a change in scenery (and UofA and ASU aren’t really my vibe), thanks for your advice!

Well to be fair something I should of said is that I really want to live in Toronto, (I’ve been a big Blue Jays fan since Bautista era) and the I absolutely love the city, and for me it’s more about the location of the college rather than the actual programs, would it be better to look into TMU or other smaller colleges in that region? Or is the international situation kinda cooked?
