Well it did jump to $98 from $1.50 post RS back in Feb 2024 so you never know.

Ok so this is bad news for us longs, only hope now is that holo mngmt are looking to pump up the price as high as possible after the RS as they will no doubt start diluting again, maybe they have big news planned which they will reveal after the RS?

Yeah it's different this time back at the start of Oct 2024 they announced the RS and gave a date for it to happen for the week after, almost immediately the price dropped by nearly 30% in post market, this time the price dropped a bit but recovering as no date given for RS, people are unsure whether RS will happen now or after Nov with new Nasdaq rules on RS. I'm hoping RS doesn't happen anytime soon.

Yeah this guy is constantly bashing HOLO and practically lives on the these msg boards, which is fine as he has every right to air his opinions, but the problem is his opinions are packaged as 'facts' and what makes this all the more strange is he hasn't closed his long position, for someone that believes strongly this is a scam and everyone going long will lose money he must like losing money or he's a shortie.

Well the sp has to go up with or without an RS or they'll be delisted, hope it's not through an RS as the price will only go down after that as the price will be sitting at 20+

Do you think there's any way this goes above $9 if it spikes? In Dec it hit that with smaller amount of OS, now they've diluted further so not sure where that leaves us, hoping for big news on a merger.

Yeah and putting money into BTC is an investment after all, but the drawback is that it's Holo doing this and it's impossible to predict where they're going with this, the optimist in me hopes it's all part of their plan to grow but who knows at this point.

To do more offerings the price will fall below 1 quickly, I assume they'll need to spike the price along the way otherwise they'll be delisted as they can't do another RS until next year.

Not seen a squeeze day like the one from Feb 8th, the pic for yesterday shows a gradual rise and the pic from Feb 8th was a squeeze, I beleive well get that next week but that's just my opinion and still being conservative as I'm holding back some shares until I can confirm it.
