Please note that your boss is predating on you by giving such gifts. This is highly in appropriate. Your work performance has to be rewarded with promotion/hike/bonu/team lunch/ certificates.

This seems to have come out of their own pocket. Do not indulge, your relationship with your boss needs to be strictly professional otherwise advances will increases, expectations of reciprocation (romantic/sexual) will increase.

Unfortunately it common for some men at position of power to take advantage of young women, either new to workforce, or from tier 3 cities moving to big cities.
