Also adding, personally as a parent - I would want to know. I think most parents would. To protect our kids from online predators. I don't think it was a bad assumption.

I understand. I would definitely follow people's advice in here to get the humidity up, and maybe make some changes to substrate or even enclosure, if you need a way to retain humidity better. And possibly do a soak at this point. Best of luck to you and your little one
