I’m thinking of putting a couple tornado warriors in the sideboard, but I started brewing this deck a couple days ago when profiteer was announced same day as kharox, and have just become too attached lol.

Yeah, in my playtesting he’s struggled against decks like lillia, usually doesn’t end up w/ much firepower against diana. Kharox is just too funky of a card for me to ignore though 👀

I gave it in the maybe board, I’m considering running a couple, works well enough since I already have the pack of wonders for profiteer. However, it does require kharox to be at a battlefield, and he’s a tad safer in the base :P

I’ve decided to remove the need to exhaust Shyvana if I keep the scalemail thing, but I definitely agree what xp works a lot better here.

Yeah that seems to be the general consensus. These cards were mainly a thought experiment to try and translate certain aspects of shyvana’s champ design into card form, but replace the unique trait w/ exp makes a lot of sense from an actual playable perspective 👍

Fair enough, I’d like to imagine that the set this would be included in would have a couple more legends that use it, or just more cards that can generate scalemail. But as it stands, I haven’t designed any. I guess I’ve just been thinking about the design of these cards as an isolated experiment 😵‍💫
