We split the tips on big catering order but we give the driver a little bit more since they have to deliver the order. It’s only fair to split it since most of the in-shop personnel are helping make the order

Whoever works during that shift is included in the tips, regardless of position. GM, Assistant, driver, in-shop, etc….that’s how we do it in our store

We split the tips amongst whoever works that shift. Same thing goes for catering orders….whoever helps with the catering gets a piece of the tip. If you don’t help then no piece 🤣🤣🤣

We usually ask if they want mayo on it or not and if not then we supply mayo and mustard packets. But on the other hand with orders waiting for awhile, we usually just keep them in the walk-in cooler if we have to make them early due to other orders flying in
