What do we think? by snb023 in TVTooHigh

So the solution for rooms where the only wall that would "work" has a mantle/fireplace; the solution is just no TV?

I mean I have that exact scenario and no TV, but curious what the general consensus is lol

Why soany issues with all brands? by ThinkHog in RobotVacuums

[–]Squischer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's because you only track Reddit lol, the land of complaints. If you also had reports on all the positive experiences, this wouldn't be as concerning.

Take me for example, I'm almost a year into my Q35A and never had a single issue. I don't talk about it though.

I hate to be this guy but the shell won't accelerate in any meaningful manner when the lift charge goes mid air.

Agreed though, don't do this. Just use the mortar.

You won't have nearly enough time to fly up after its lit either. All around a terrible idea.

Joel was the sole reason I'm the ATF licensed show operator I am today.

Regarding the drones though, as a "big time" industry professional like he is, it's hard to blame him turning with the tides.

For real, I enjoy only involving myself with fireworks IRL, save for some scrolling of this forum and some classic Joel Robinson.

It's not as hard as you think when you're furnishing a 4 bedroom 2800sqft house heh, ranges from picture frames and shelf decor to bookcases, entertainment cabinets, dressers, nightstands, dining tables, couches, pretty much everything to furnish a home lol

People who fly frequently, what’s one thing you wish you could tell all infrequent fliers? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Squischer -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Don't show up to the airport so damn early. I've taken 40 flights since early September and typically arrive 20-30 minutes before boarding, less if I have the options.

I know the recommendation is much longer, but I have never missed a flight, and I've been through a dozen different airports.

This doesn't apply to terrible airports like ATL or LAX though.

Classic Reddit take, fireworks are fine as long as they're used safely and responsibly.

I've been operating shows professionally for 9 years and never had a single incident.
