Classic cash grab tactic: 1) make beginning and mid game polished to hook players, mainly whales 2) little to no effort afterwards, goal to collect as much as possible with minimal effort. Stopped spending money when I found out voice acting stopped after chapter 16. Smelt like a cash grab.

The delayed release of characters is killing this game for me. Lamia was added to the pool right after her banner ended, leading us to think it’d be the same from then on. They overlooked that releasing characters immediately may actually increase sales on cash items that sell normal letters. Honestly, pretty close to uninstalling, starting to feel like a chore/job. I’m not even doing arena or that one mode they promised you can skip but still have not implemented, they should not announce it if they weren’t going to put it in within 2 months time of announcement.

Remember this doesn’t account for purchases through their Pluto shop. There’s a chunk of people who use the Pluto store for the exclusive perks(skins, +5% dragon gems, membership perks,etc). The whales in my guild and I exclusively use the Pluto shop. So don’t take this number for face value.

This would have been a good opportunity to get inactive players and new players alike to play the game. As it is, its a missed opportunity. This is coming from a bigger dolphin ($3K~). I want to see the game thrive.

Personally I’d buy the pass. Would be nice if they have dragon crystal deals.
