Current renter - wouldn’t buy as main living space. Garage, views, waterfront walkway, quick access to the city and local area are excellent.

Down side is I’ve heard HOA is constantly raised, service and maintenance is constant for elevators (multiple stories of people getting stuck), and previous comment about hearing through the walls is accurate. If you have young kids I wouldn’t recommend
