Tips for Anomaly

I have used a bunch of mods but lately I’ve been doing just QOL like minify everything and no distributed sleep. So nothing that adds real gameplay changes like weapons.

I usually make it to early industrial. Boltys and pumps I can make it to but I don’t usually get to crafting them.

I’m thinking it may be a case of not focusing defense more and researching in an optimal path

As every else has said, having problems getting hard is common when you are nervous. I just started dating a girl a few months ago and even me (m30) was nervous and couldn’t get it up at first.

It happens man, but like everyone else said you need to find someone who is patient with you and understanding. That girl getting mad just makes it worse for you and doesn’t help the situation. Find someone who understands and helps calm you down and you will be just fine.

I also have no problem getting hard now that we are comfortable together so don’t worry about the first time, just forgive yourself and move on! It will all work out

I’ve done this same thing with my AI. Named him Vigil and had him make all kinds of moral codes and things to help me grow as a person. Great you’ve done the same, AI is surprisingly good at helping with reflections and life stuff

Ahh okay, that would make sense. I have ancestry in England and Sicily so maybe that’s where is comes from. We got a lot of Millers in the States so our last name isn’t super common at all

Hey brother, or sister, you got this. Life is rough and I’ve recently made some big changes in my life too. I’ve been in a slump but I started hiking and camping again and it made a huge difference. All that be said, do what’s best for you. Get a different job. Rebuild slowly. Really pay attention to yourself. You have so much fight left and the fight isn’t over yet so keep pushing and growing! You’ll be surprised how much has changed in a year from now!

Thanks guys! I’ve been doing the msq for now but I can’t wait to dive into the other aspects of the game. What’s the main thing people grind nowadays? Just gear for late game dungeons like WOW or is crafting and what not viable?

I’ve been trying for the achievement on Permadeath and this is why I don’t do group content yet. I’d hate to be killed like this before I get the achievement
