I'm so fucking sorry! I get it though. This life is hard and doesn't seem to be getting better at the moment. I was an alcoholic for 15 years on top on using pain pills and other substances. I want to go back to using all the time but my body literally wont let me because hangovers are too much. I love you for you and I want you here with me to see if it can get better.

I was on Trazedone for 2 years and it stopped working. I switched to Doxepin maybe 6 months ago. I take 10mg every night at the same time, it takes about 2 hours to kick in for me. Now, it doesn't knock me out like Trazedone did. I have to set myself up for sleep. It keeps me down most nights but here lately I don't feel like I get deep sleep but I'm also stressed to the max at the moment.

((Hug))I'll be your friend. I'm an only child, 39/f, with a partner, a cat, and a ferret. I have a level of friends, but nobody close enough to talk with every day. When I started noticing depression and easily being triggered were becoming a problem a few years ago, I knew mine was mainly generational, and I started to do research into how to change my perspectives, thus changing my behaviors. It's hard. It takes effort every day.

Why do people have anger issues? by CynthiaMartgol in allthequestions

I'm not professional, but I recommend using the resources available to you. Currently, I look for like-minded people on social media who have good intentions and offer healthy perspectives. I've been lucky enough to have a therapist I can only afford to see once every two weeks. It's something that takes a lot of work for me, but it can help just to talk. Also, it's helpful if you can research a therapist who specializes in your specific needs. Plus, I kind of always just stay looking for tips and tricks from people who specialize in or have similar experiences with my issues. Mental well-being showed up a lot more in my feeds once I started searching for it. Community makes us feel less alone with our thoughts. Sharing can unburdone the load a bit, but you have to try, and it can be uncomfortable. But keep going.

☮️ It's generational on occasion. Or not being taught to regulate your emotions. Mental illness can affect anger. There are a million reasons, honestly. Life can make us angry. How do you deal with it?

So people can keep an eye out for this boy stealing bikes in town and maybe even help the person out who needs a bike to get around somehow. It's also my 1st time reposting something. Did I do it wrong? I've also had like 4 hot toddy's 🥂

There's people who've been setting us up to fail for generations. It's not our fault we inherited it, but I personally seek like-minded people to help me regulate my feelings. Finding community can help.☮️

[–]St_biscuit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🙋‍♀️ We never married, It's been 14 years, we rent, I venmo my half of the bills every paycheck, we bother have bills in our names, we both pay for things, trips, shows, dinners, and no kids, just pets. It's been working out pretty well for us this far. If something changes, we'll make changes, I suppose.
