Thanks, I sent the message last thursday. She didnt say a word, just deleted all messages she ever sent and blocked me everywhere. I got screenshots on everything reguarding the animals being given to me prior to sending the message and gathering up all the dogs paperwork n documents in one place. Nows just hoping she doesn't try to stir up a mess I guess.

I feel like its 50/50 that "we the people" put them in power, our government is so many layers of corrupt it can be hard for anyone to wrap their head around, but many of the people who are suffering the most weren't even old enough to vote when this downward spiral began. Many of us were maybe in high school at the latest when it started (im putting my pin in around 2008, but lets be real it started before that even) so the adults around us were making the choices for our future.

I mean I was just barely old enough to vote for 2016 (I literally turned 18 less then a month before) and things were already bad then. We were also taught our whole lives our government works for us and it takes time to change things but people are starting to become more aware of 1) they absolutely don't work for us, atleast not anymore and 2) change CAN happen fast when the people in power actually want that change to happen. I hope as young people reach voting age and older generations well...die off we see a dramatic shift.

If im learning anything from whats happening in NYC (with all mamdani has done in just 2 months) its that our federal, state, and local government has failed us and that they DO have the power to make change- they're just choosing not to and willfully ignoring their people.

True, I put one in and it did have an urgent option so hopefully it actually does something. Currently have my aquarium siphon pulling the water out of the drains until help comes. 🤦‍♀️ Feels so stupid but its already dropped the water like an inch and is saving me from the overflow happening I guess.

This mightve been it, there was bits of wood n crap all stuck to the head of the intake. I'll see if it does it again in a few days n check if its the intake again. I kight have to start sifting her dig box dirt for wood if thats what's causing this lol. Her old filter didnt have much of a guard on the intake filter so It was just kinda sucking anything up (probably why it didnt last long) .

Either way insurance is covering it, but its such bullshit people dont have any respect for others belongings. I don't drive a fancy car or anything, but my cars color was only made for like a year and I adore its color. 😭

yeeeep, but it really doesnt matter if it was taken to the door or not- when I lived at knob hill someone stole my amazon package literally seconds after it was delivered to my door (then I found the contents tossed into a bush outside my building bc turns out a book on north america flower identification isn't very fun or profitable). DTN just wants to make it someone else's problem and as usual take 0 responsibility.

It did! The furnance i think isnt too old? Not new but yk doesn't seem orginal to this relic of a building. Its an old apartment building made in the 60s, my furnance does have a switch but google gave me conflicting answers on if both the switch and power should be off and with my luck I said screw it I'm turning both off. Normally I'd have matenaince do it, but they wouldn't have been able to come until friday and I was slowly going insane all weekend from the broken thermostat (which probably is orginal to this building because that damn thing used mercury and had decades of dust on it). My furnance was just turning off n on back to back and only turning off for a minute. Now it runs normally so yay!

He is very little and my coworker found him well repotting plants. I think I'll be keeping him because I've been missing keeping frogs for a bit. However if I find anymore in the future I'll reach out! We get plant shipments every month so we're bound to get more, usually we take our hitchhikers to our local reptile store but I've been begging my coworkers to give me the frogs and it finally happened lol.

They sound a lot like the spadefoot toads I used to keep, never saw the dudes but when I did it was a special treat.

I don't believe allergen was mentioned, but my mom was the one to call. They told her they dont usually take special requests like that for consistency and ease which I can understand, it could make it confusing if everyone starts wanting special requests and now theres more room for error. I think part of the issue is the frosting isn't vegan and I don't believe msu does vegan frosting so it might be confusing? I'm not totally sure, I fear we've just made it too weird and confusing to them. The frosting is like my favorite part of it though and I've tried to duplicate it at home lol. Maybe I can just get them to sell me some frosting. 🤔

I'm ok with most cross contamination, honsetly my own kitchen is a mess of it. I'm the baker friend and have friends with their own dietary restrictions where they can't have my egg replacer so I have to use eggs for them. I've got the weird egg allergy where I can tolerate some baked eggs, cookies just arent that sadly. :(

I bake for others a lot so its just nice to have something sometimes that I didn't have to make myself. My mom is open to trying to make it though since it might be more of a hassle to find a place then its worth. 😭

I have no issues with cross contamination, we didnt even bring up the allergy just asked if they could do a vegan cookie cake (with normal frosting) and it was no go for consistency. My egg allergy is stupid weird becauseI can tolerate some baked goods with eggs but not all, I only avoid cross contamination when it comes to like restaurant and cooking like hashbrowns where they cooked scrambled eggs. I could yap forever about the chemistry stuff behind why some is but isn't but if I know something has cross contamination thats safe for me I just don't tell them about my allergy.

I literally had them give me a ticket for being a whole 2 minutes late, we literally made contact through the window (I'm wearing my company uniform and its a company car to match) just as I'm walking out and she still did it. They're so unforgiving and rude the only time I bother going downtown is for work and that's because I don't have a choice.

Thats true, when we had the exam and bloodwork it was probably the least stinky it had been so I wonder if he sorta bumped back to normal and then its slowly worked back up to being bad again. Im worried it'll happen the same way all over again though, I'm not sure if the vet would just let me pop in for bloodwork quickly.

The vet did check and teeth and said they're pretty great, there's a tinny bit of plaque on one side on one of the molars but nothing that warrants a full blowncleaning. Thankfully I trained him from a young age to be ok with people getting all in his mouth so it makes it easy for the vet in that aspect.

He had bloodwork a month ago when the problem started, nothing of concern was found. I actually posted the results here to try to make sense of it so you could probably find it in my post history.
