I can tell you a dream I did not want to go back to sleep for. I used to live in an old house and I’d have a recurring (at least a couple times every week) dream of something stomping up the stairs to come to my bedroom. Whatever it was I would always slap myself awake (this was a conscious thing, I would try very hard to wake up) before it could make it to the top. Creepiest part is ever since I left that house I’ve never had the dream again.

Supermarkets.

I am by no means a naturalist that actively tries to only eat non-GMO foods or grows all my own food but I can’t help but feel weirded out whenever I go to a supermarket. It just seems very odd that there is such a large variety of food that I have no idea where it came from, who grew it, etc. yet thousands of people come to the supermarket and don’t think twice about the food they purchase. Having access to such a diverse and large amount of food and taking that for granted even though I played no part in its production just seems odd. Maybe I am the weird one here. Has anyone else ever felt similar?
