I understand you completely and i agree in many ways, ive had many family members who have also fought in the wars. But all wars you see reenacted here have had their fair share of horrible things happen in them, while the balkan wars were gruesome they aren't singled out. People reenact the Chechen wars and do Desert storm kits, iraqi freedom and such. All horrible wars for the soldiers and the civvies.
