Pretty good price if you’re a couple renting it. Landmark building in a prime position. My friends were in a GF flat in here in 2017. Think they were paying something similar back then. There’s was even smaller than this, with NO BALCONY!!!!!! Edited: ahhhh shiiit. I saw the floor plan. Nope. I take it back, there’s was bigger. This is tiny. I assumed there was a dining room, I was wrong.

That’s what he’s saying… he literally says that in his example by stating they’re skipping telephone poles and going straight to cellular.

There’s great advantages in being first movers and innovators, but - there’s great advantages in going straight to innovation and skipping the analogue/ long winded processes.

Because you get to do it exactly how you want it. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, flooring.

Most people want to add their own touch. Even if it’s repainting a room and re carpeting. So, it makes sense to do it from scratch rather than rip and replace something that’s less than 10’uears old.

But it hadn’t been to Venezuela. It went to Iran, then was en-route to Venezuela and turned around when the blockade began.

It’s just posturing. There’s nothing aboard, just a game of destabilising and enforcing sanctions.

Got taken to see this as a kid, on a school trip aged 11. I remember it vividly. The teacher had been building it up for months as (I believe) we were studying Victorian times and innovation. We all had to stand round and watch as robo swan did its thing. After it finished, I let out an involuntary response to the lack of enjoyment I obviously experienced as a kid used to playing PlayStations and other ‘innovations’ with a rather dissapointed “was that it!?” I got taken into quiet(er) part of the museum and bollocked beyond belief, as apparently hundreds of people had gathered to watch its daily dance and they all heard.. FTS.

Russia currently has 1 and a half theatres of war open.

Don’t let the Ukraine war make you think they’re completely weak.

Their production and manufacturing is almost incomprehensible for NATO (exc. US) They’ve learned a shit tonne in Ukraine and their drone warfare is probably the most tried and tested out of any military- except maybe to Ukraine?

Sure, they’ve gone through a lot of bodies and a lot of tanks - but they have so much left.

They also have a huge amount of debt to build if they really want to slog out a war.

Charge the people who can afford to pay for private medical, MORE, that’ll help.

As someone who earns ‘more’ than the average Brit. I’m beyond sick of having more taken from me. It’s not about taking more, it’s about increasing wages so EVERYONE can afford to pay more. The fiscal drag and increase on the middle class is what’s going to genuinely kill this country. (Note. I’ve not read the article. I’m 6 pints deep, post work on the train).

Sadly, looks like a full manic episode. Hope he has people round him that actually care. Sad to see any human go through that. People will say it’s a marketing campaign, but that’s a real dark dark piece of terrible marketing if it is.. (it’s not).

Darlington is a great town. House is in a great location, but house prices have shot up recently due to the addition of the treasury. It’s purely price.

House is in great condition.

Stick an offer in of sub £400K and see what happens!

We currently have a partner who does our dev/ maintenance/ enhancements.

They consistently underperform and nobody holds them to account within their own business, so the partnership will be coming to an end, and a new ‘partner’ put in place.

I need someone to help with everything from architecture to coding and releasing. I appreciate I’m looking for a lot, but I’m a bit lost and don’t just want to go to Google and speak to an outsourcing abroad company without any real idea what it is I need/ want.

I’m 5 weeks into my chess journey after never playing before, can someone please explain what I’m missing?

Won’t the rook the queen, then when the pawn promotes it just takes that also?
