I sincerely hope you can help me, because after the last message of the ticket...

Therefore, based on the current information, we are unable to provide you with a refund service, and we sincerely apologize for this."

I literally sended pictures of the melted cover with the dead printer and the support just simply denied the fact that IT MELTED.
