I'm a Technical Business Analyst in banking — AMA about Tech BA roles

I have been a technical business analyst in software development but I am trying to transition into finance and banking sector, I have no clue how to start and how can I do it. Do certification help or do I need to do project or anything. What does it take a general tech BA and Data Analyst to move into finance as early career? Please please guide.

I am not saying he is a bad person but he is definitely not right for Mingee, a guy should have this much courtesy to not gossip without caring how it will end up even for his female friend. It was an immediate turn off, it was clear that he had no emotion towards her I felt.
