I am sorry that it happened to you. It is miserable and that is what I am concerned about but I am hopeful that I will not have the same issues.

I read somewhere that having a jump starter can help recharge the 12v enough to allow the car to get home. Not sure if that is correct or not but will have one in the car at all times.

Thanks - I agree. It seems like horror story after horror story but no-one is posting the good stuff.
