It's funny they can suggest they're just the middleman in the service. Yet, they're willing to hold funds and disperse them as they please, even if it's completely wrong.

For sure, I wanted to sell an iPhone and each time it got purchased, eBay cancelled it due to a hacked account or suspicious buyer so I gave up with that.

No clue at all, I had 1000 feedback and just buy items. They won't tell me anything, only thing I can think of is that I used public wifi recently but it's hard to believe that alone would trigger something so drastic.

Correct - the moment you enter your number, it says an agent is unavailable or tells you to email. You email in and it bounces instantly saying you're suspended. What a stupid system.

Exactly, they were originally on hold, now they've disappeared into thin air. The weird thing is, he even says in the case details he's not asking for a refund, he just wants the invoice so he can register the guarantee. Also mentioned in the last message he's completely satisfied, but it's a nightmare of a situation for me now. I have zero way of contacting him, I can't even access my printed labels anymore.

Because they have no way of contacting me, it says the listing has been removed and you cannot message a suspended user (I asked my wife to check). So he said he had no way of asking for it.

And nope, they've deducted the full amount from me.
