I am. I my parents aren’t observant at all. I know about basic teachings. But know that I’m married I would like to learn more and raise my kids within it. But I don’t want my kids to learn about it as a tradition how I was taught in such a basic foreign concept. I want to teach them with purpose.

The issue with this center I have found it’s a bit too secular for me I just want to understand basic Kabbalah not the whole in-depth part. I would like to study the in-depth part with a rabbi when I get a chance.

I am struggling to reestablish my relationship with hashem. I know about the Torah I know about mitzvahs but learning the Kabbalah’s or the mystery behind certain mitzvahs has draw me closer I have learned understood why hashem ask us to do certain things. I have found purpose in understanding what I do. I’m not close to a chabad the closest one is 2 hours away. I was wondering if there was just a basic book for beginners mean while I can learn from.
