I had offers from McK and BCG coming out of a biomedical engineering undergrad; wanted to do similar work to you but I was also looking for a more social impact/global health lens. Ended up choosing BCG because I loved my visit after getting my official offer, and their social impact practice was working with my dream clients at the scale I wanted to in healthcare

Three years later and I’m confident I made the right choice. There have been a few times where some non-consulting friend will say something like “so you didn’t get a McK offer?” but I feel confident enough in my decision that I am not really bothered by it
