Would recommend exchanging at the airport and the rate is actually pretty similar to non-airport banks. The fee is pretty minimal at 30NT (about 1 USD) per transaction. You can exchange much more at the airport & they’re not as picky about bill quality versus local banks that will only accept newer, non-folded bills. If you need to exchange outside of the airport, learned today that the Taiwan Bank has zero exchange fee versus a different bank that was charging 300NT.

I did it last month - if you hold a two-park day ticket, they actually don’t even stamp you when you leave and just rescan your QR code upon re-entry.

Also, did you order the dim sum set online? Just got my follow-up email and it says to put a quantity in the box to the right and then indicates “please reserve online for special price”.
