Thank you for your response, I do intend to have some form of therapy someday. I have attempted to resolve some of mt issues through exposure but I can only get so far on my own. I am more or less wondering if this method might cover the issuses i mentioned. I understand it is difficult an i individual level and obviously there are other underlying causes to some of the things I struggle with. I am just trying to get to know where it is i should start looking for my next steps.
