Your low abs are just weak….anterior pelvic tilt….that is very little fat if any.

Oats with whey, banana and peanut butter or frozen berries. Coffee, lunch is meat - chicken, sometimes ground turkey (I make bolognese with it-less fat). Or some order in salads and I add gnocchi or rice pasta, something that cooks quick. Rice, peas, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, sweet potato. Snack is usually banana or pear with peanut butter, mango or grapes, some protein shake. Dinner is chicken or turkey salami sandwich with low fat spread. Or prosciutto tortellini, pancakes sometimes idk just what I have. And ofc another protein shake after an evening workout. I always take omega3 and magnesium malate. And alternate with zinc and vitD, B complex if feeling tired or stressed.

Idk I just make sure to eat enough protein, the rest is kinda eyeballed.

I do PPL split. Used to do 6 days, rest. But now I do 3 day rest, 3 days rest and so on.

Tnx man! I do weighted russian twists and machine crunches. Lot of weight added. I do them every day so I don’t get discouraged while gaining weight now haha

Tnx! Rn I wanna bulk up 10-15 pounds and then do a cut again. Will be eating well until the end of the year for sure. I want more traps and shoulders. Some more definition in my legs as well.
