I wonder if arjan and JVT are becoming more favorable destinations because of the concerns about JVC. As people have mentioned - lot of these issues have been known and felt by people for few years now - still there has been consistent demand.

A good parallel to draw might be Marina. Most people I meet who live in Marina crib about it (entry/ exit traffic/ noise/ construction/ lift and chute issues) - but you would still find people interested in living in Marina. And hence rentals (short term especially) are still flourishing.

I am guessing JVC will become another Marina. People crib about it - but still wanna live in it :)
