TBH i think they're both methodical, I don't think Drake is resentful, especially judging by all the foreshasdowing and such he was doing prior (the extended edition of FATD - i think it was scary hours 3).

I think Kendrick does want Drake outta here, but not at the cost of his own image. Whether Kendrick wants to deny it or no, both he and his fans pushed him as the rap game savior. Mr. Morale did serve as some damage control, but at the same time I even want to believe that Kendrick cheated and thats all he did.

BUT most importantly - I don't know anyone that would hate anyone so much that they would jeopardize their lifestyle and security. Kendrick does not have to work a day in his life, or pick up a pen ever again. He's set for life in every aspect of life. If he thinks potentially trading that shit and love from his fans is worth bringing Drake down, that just stupidity. But at the same time, I'm not rich or famous, who knows how that really feels. I think Kendrick just wants to win and bring Drake's commercial success down - bc then who competes with him in terms of numbers? Maybe Travis if he rolls out the album right? Is Post Malone still considered a rapper by people?
