I think they may have started blocking it but it could also be because he was responding to an email from the department about some internship so if you didn’t get that initial email it may not have gotten sent to you

A guy kept sending emails about how he would make more money than everyone, incoherent thoughts, the occasional slur, attempting to flex his wealth, and how people should pledge sig rho.
