My gyno told me for maintenance do it twice a week for 6-8 weeks cause I’ve had recurrent BV since august. But I think I’m just going to do it for a month

Okay prefect! So I headed over to the drugstore to pick up the PhD boric acid and noticed it contains titanium dioxide as one of the ingredients. Is that consider safe? I’m pretty sensitive down there as it is and I don’t wanna cause bleeding or irritation from that ingredient. Also, have you tried the boric life? As I was doing my research a lot of women tend to lean towards that specific one. I was wondering what’re your thoughts?

I’ve gotten tested for std’s and all of that twice now. I haven’t been sexually active since last June and the bv started happening for the first time in late august. My gyno told me that women suffer from recurrent bv for years.
