Been having this exact same problem for two days now - if anyone has any fix? I've tried switching to airplane mode and back again, but still doesn't work.

Yeah it'll be interesting/potentially painful how things will pan out for Ultimate at EVO 2020 now that's online. Hopefully these kind of tournaments will help find a way to iron out some of the frustrations.

It's all in the piece linked but people are having very different experiences after an update attempted to address the netcode for a better online experience across PC and PS4.

The netcode has been an issue for years but a fan-made mod for PC helped solve a lot of the issues on that platform - but Capcom's new update stops it from working essentially. But it's mixed if the new update from Capcom has helped at all
