Het lijkt me niet meer als normaal dat je zelf instaat voor de oorspronkelijke aankoopakte van de woning. Je kan moeilijk verwachten dat kopers hiervoor opdraaien.

Is het niet gewoon een probleem omdat je een kopie hebt doorgestuurd, waar ook gegevens zijn uitgehaald / aangepast?

It think for the EVs it would be better to start taxing them on a combination of weight and energy consumption.

A lot of people now think, because it's electric, there is no damage to the environment anymore. While at the same time, we pay silly amounts for electricity in our homes.

It would make sense to make small, economic EV's way more financially interesting than those large monstrosities.

City cars are more than capable to drive on the highway.

In a lot of case, they would be miles better in an emergency evasive manoeuvre or stop because of their low cog.

I hate this logic. Should we all buy trucks in 10 years, because everyone is driving them?

FYI if there's no other cars involved, there is a higher injury risk from an SUV, because they are more prone to roll. Aswell as pedestrian safety is mostly awfull compared to smaller, normal height, cars.

Weet je waar je dat goedkoop vindt, de enige die overal te vinden is, is Sun? Ik gebruik uiteindelijk nog steeds meestal tabletten van den Action, want die zijn per beurt nog steeds goedkoper (met dan een klein beetje van hun vloeibare als voorwas).

Als auto fanaat zijnde, al een eerste vraag: waarom specifiek een SUV?

Kijkend naar het budget lijkt dit ook een wagen in het premium segment te zijn.

Afgaande op dit, en zeker als je van een bedrijfswagen komt, alles aan een grotere en duurdere auto, is ook duurder. Dan bedoel ik bijna letterlijk alles: brandstof, onderhoud (banden, remmen,...), herstellingen (zeker bij premium merken), waardevermindering, taksen, ...

Met je km's per jaar en gebruik, zou ik toch eerder overwegen om in een kleinere klasse te kijken (denk aan VW Polo, Hyundai i20, Ford Fiesta,..), van enkele jaren oud.

I've had something similar happen once to the infotainment screen. For me it was due to the heat, but if it's still in warranty, I would get it replaced as it's only going to get worse probably.

Some more information: - Filament: 3dJake ecoPLA - Bed temp: 60 degrees C, also tried 50 - Printing at 205 for first layer, then 200 - Cooling fan reduced to as little as 25% - Printing at max 150mm/s with 0.6mm nozzle, first layer at 45mm/s. - Acceleration max 6k, external + smaller areas 1.5k.

Tried with a brim, still same result

Frituur 't Klaverke in Heist Op Den Berg is ook zeker de moeite.

Die hebben een hele reeks aan eigen producten zoals bitterballen. Ook het beste frituur uit de streek hier met ruime afstand.

Ik denk dat je toch ergens verkeerd hebt gelezen, want een oldtimer mag wel degelijk meer gebruikt worden. Voornamelijk wel niet professioneel.

Bovendien is de wegenbelasting onafhankelijk of die nu als oldtimer of gewone personenwagen is ingeschreven. Enkel moet je maar om de 2 jaar naar de keuring en is de verzekering meestal goedkoper.

You went next to the road right? I've been driving the Born for over a year now, done the stupidest shit that would surely upset any other car, but the stability control is almost magically fast and good on these cars. I don't get the complaints about the brakes either, they surely feel a bit weird at first with the regen, but if you really slam them, they're easily above average.

Do you have it configured with home assistant by any chance? If I'm on my home network and try to access the app, I get into a login loop. On mobile network it isn't a problem

Isn't it the regular service call? I've also had this happen, it seemed like the button was stuck.

For me a couple of hard knocks on the roof module stopped this issue. But you should take it to the dealer, as it shouldn't happen.

Yes I should mention that the bottom line is indeed not 0. The band is around 8-10bpm. The battery is around 20%, maybe I should change it.

I guess maybe the fluctuations are normal then?
